Baja California Rattlesnake

Crotalus enyo enyo
(Cope, 1861)
Baja California Sur, Mexico. August 31, 2013.

The most commonly seen rattlesnake in southern Baja – on one particular night, we saw more than twenty enyo on the road. Many of them are as attractive as this first one.
