Nerodia taxispilota

Okefenokee Swamp, Ware Co., Georgia. March 11, 1978
I saw quite a few taxispilota on a nine day canoe trip across Okefenokee Swamp, basking in bushes or stretched out on logs. The photos are of a handsome taxispilota observed crossing the road in Everglades National Park.
