Reticulate Treefrog

Dendropsophus reticulatus
(Jiménez de la Espada, 1870)
Madre Selva field station, Depto Loreto, Peru. January 14, 2011.

Once considered to be a just a pattern morph of the Triangle Treefrog, this species was removed from the synonymy of Dendropsophus triangulum by Caminer et al. 2017. This species and D. triangulum are often found together in the vegetation at the water’s edge.

My Flickr album for this species is here.
